The best holiday ever!!

[Mabel looks like she belongs in that store, honestly, her sweater a nice shade of red with pink hearts all over it and, as usual, a matching headband in place. Her eyes sparkle in delight as her hands go to her cheeks.]

It's a day for girls to celebrate being friends with girls and to just celebrate how awesome and amazing girls are!!

But I thought Thanksgiving was the best holiday ever.

[At least it is in Sasha's eyes, beating out Halloween. Sure, Halloween means free candy just for dressing up and acting spooky, but Thanksgiving means MEAT and lots of it, so it's the winner by default.]

Oh, it is? That sounds exciting! [Sasha still doesn't have many girl friends here, but she does have Mabel and Mabel seems willing to celebrate Galentine's Day with her.] What are we supposed to do on Galentine's Day? The woman at the counter told me I could buy all the day old candy for it, but I don't know what else do to.

[Mabel giggles.]

All holidays are the best! Just for different reasons!

Hang out and watch movies and eat junk food and oh oh! We can paint our nails and do our hair and just do all sorts of stuff like that! We can totally do that if you want!!!

[Well, if Mabel says so, Sasha will default to her ever expansive knowledge of holidays.]

It's what I want! [Oh dear, contain that excitement, Sasha. It's just that she hasn't spent time with Mabel in so long and the prospect of junk food and a friend is just overwhelming.] I don't know how to paint nails, but we can do that too! Let's do it for Galentine's Day!

[Mabel beams, bouncing up and down.]

I can teach you everything you need to know and it'll be awesome and amazing and we are going to have the best time EVER!!

[Sasha nods vigrously, almost vibrating with excitement.
