That's awesome! Dipper was telling me that where you guys come from, you see a lot of crazy monsters and aliens. You like hunting them too?

[Snowcone yips and attempts to mimic her mother but, being so small, she ends up not being able to see properly and sits up again, tails flicking about.]

Lots of them! Gravity Falls is full of really weird stuff! [She grins, ruffling Snowcone's ears.] Dipper and I are the Mystery Twins! He's more into it than I am but we both track down weird stuff all the time! I dated a Merman once! And then there was the time we got sorta held hostage by the weird golf people--oh and then there was the time we got trapped by the crazy ghosts in the old convenience store! Then there was Soos's digital girlfriend that came alive...

[Yeah they have an interesting life.]

Life in Japan can be so boring!! Even when I'm performing and doing shows, my downtime is a lot of business work. The closest I've come to ghost-hunting or seeing monsters is being here! [ also there's that thing about bertolt she doesn't know about. ]

Ugh, I super wish that was something I could do at home. You wouldn't believe what I've found here in Lavender!

[It was pretty great but then he had to marry the princess of the sea cows. :((( ]

I bet there's plenty of weird stuff where you're from! Sometimes it's just hard to find! Gravity Falls was just a weird magnet for stuff--at least that's what Dipper says~ [She shrugs, beaming at Mari.] Lavender Town? What's that like? Is it spooky or creepy? Both? I'll have to tell Dipper if it is!

He told me to look for the Mystery Shack if I ever go visit Oregon! We go to America allll the time with my family. I'll put it right on the list~

[ On the subject of Lavender Town: ]

Ohhhh you have no idea! It's real small, but if you're on the lookout for something weird, you'll find it. There's a tower called the Pokemon Tower over here that's pretty much a huge graveyard for departed Pokemon. It's crawling with Gastly and other stuff.

I found a Duskull out here who evolved just a bit ago. I got a Phantump for my boyfriend too. If you guys like weird stuff, make a trip to Kanto some time and look around here.

Yes yes you have too! But you have to come during the summer time because maybe then we can meet!

[Even if they don't remember anything from this place, they can make friends anew!

Mabel's eyes go wide as Mari explains about Lavender Town, excitement taking over her.]

Holy cow that sounds like something we have to see a-s-a-p!! I wonder if Dipper's heard about it yet! Ghosts and graveyards--we use to hang out in a graveyard with Wendy and her friends all the time. We have to go!

[ Mari never thinks of what might happen if she goes home. When she does, she hopes that she can see her friends from here again. They are so precious. ]

If you're in Johto, it's a super long way out to go on over to Kanto. Ecruteak City in Johto is similar, I've heard. Historical and spooky. I'm gonna make it a point to go there.

My friends and I are going to be in Goldenrod soon! Are you anywhere about there?

That's where we are right now! We've been staying with Old Man McGucket in his dump! But Dipper and I want to head out soon and explore.

[Her eyes go wide with excitement.]

We should go to Ecruteak! If it's got ghosts Dipper will totally want to go!! And I definitely want to be there to see the spooky weird stuff, too! Plus I have to keep up my awesome Pokemon catching skills!~

[ She sends over a picture of a GIGANTIC MUD HORSE with herself on its back and her arms in the air like a smiling little girl. ]

Dipper and I were planning to head out soon though so we'll have to take you up on that another time, okay? We can all go on an adventure together!!

You make sweaters??? Oh man!! That means we have to have the perfect name.

Who taught you to be so determined, Mabel? You put your mind to anything, don't you?

Self-taught! [Her grin melts into a smile.] I want to be able to make my friends and family happy so I have to be determined!

[ A little shine comes to Mari's eyes and her smile eases into a genuine look of fondness. ]

You know, that's just like me... There's nothing I like more than seeing my friends and family smile. That's amazing, Mabel.

And this is why we're going to be great friends! [She just knows it!] You're pretty amazing, too, Mari! You gave Dipper and I Pokemon Eggs and you barely knew us! If I had my stickers with me I'd give you a "You Da Best" trophy sticker!!

[ That means way more to her than it should. ]

I'd stick it right on my backpack~ I think everyone deserves to be happy. Especially the people who try to help out others. You and Dipper were in kinduva bad way when you started. I'm so happy that you're safe and having a good time...

Things are okay now! It was just a little weird at first but we're doing better now and it's going to keep getting better!
